TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By accessing this website, as well as the material and information contained herein, the user declares to have read, understand, agree to and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Individual and group sessions:
All sessions are by appointment, preferably via the online booking on the website: www.annaverstreken.be .
Canceling a session is done by telephone or email. If the client cancels an appointment less than 24 hours in advance or does not show up, the full amount of the session, 70 euros, will be charged.
An individual session is paid in cash or by bank transfer.
A group session is paid in cash or by bank transfer, as proof of registration.
The client expressly declares that he has not been treated by a psychiatrist for at least a year and that he is free from taking anti-psychotics and anti-depressants.
No medical advice is given during the sessions. The sessions have a supporting and supplementary function and do not in any way replace medical, psychological and/or psychiatric treatments.
The sessions are not guaranteed results. Anna Verstreken cannot be held liable for the failure of a session.
The client uses the services of his own free will and is responsible at all times while following a session organized by the service provider. In the event of any damage, material or intangible, no recourse can be obtained from Anna Verstreken in any way.
Complaints can be submitted by email or post within 2 weeks after the session and will be handled by Anna Verstreken in reasonableness and fairness.
Only Belgian law applies to agreements between Anna Verstreken and the client to which these general terms and conditions apply.
